What if I enter an email ID multiple times while sending referral invitation?

Naukri system automatically removes duplicate email-ids while sending emails.
So a mailer recipient will receive just one email, even if she is mentioned many times in the mailing list

Can I remove duplicate email IDs to whom that email has already been sent?

Yes, Naukri system allows you to remove the email IDs from the recipients list to whom the email has already been sent in the last 7 days.
Also, duplicate emails in the same lot are removed automatically.

I feel uncomfortable in sharing link for job details posted on Naukri.com. My employees could use this as an opportunity to go ahead and search jobs on Naukri.

There is NO mention of “Naukri.com” anywhere in the mailer and the mail is sent from HR’s email-id. Job posting link in the Referral mailer only aims to provide employees with the job details. If jobsite access is not available to the employees, then they would not be able to search jobs on Naukri.

Is there a limit to the number of emails that can be sent to employees?

A maximum of 1000 emails can be sent in one instance. This process can be repeated as often as required. This way any number of emails can be sent to employees as required.

Know reasons why the Create Referral Email may be undelivered

Why my Email is not getting delivered to Employees!

The most common reason your employees emails are not getting delivered is because they may have been blocked by your IT team. It is possible that these emails have run into problem with your ‘Internal Firewalls’.

Why does it happen ?

Some companies do not like seeing emails going ‘To’ and ‘From’ the same domain, while being passed through a third party.

For instance, you may be sending the email from you@YourEmail.com to employees@YourEmail.com .
In the middle of this process, your email goes through Naukri server.
It is possible that your company IT team may find these emails suspicious and block them.

Is it a big issue ?

No, this problem happens in few cases; nothing to worry about.
It can be handled very easily.

What is the solution ?

Solution is very simple.
Your IT team needs to whitelist our IPs. This would mean they are Ok receiving emails from our application.Our Product team will work with your IT team to resolve this quickly.
